I enjoyed working with you as this project was conceived, as we negotiated with the insurance company to ensure adequate coverage, as the materials were procured and delivered, and as the work was implemented. 

I was very concerned with the quality of work, integration of upgrades to ventilation and materials, cost, and schedule as we approached a narrow window of weather opportunity within November. 

This was a very positive experience. The crew was prompt, courteous, diligent regarding my requests and inquiries, and well experienced at what they do. They certainly made extra effort to ensure that all of our particular details were met. This included considerations related to ice and water barriers, ventilation, insulation, roofing boards, gutters, flashing, dormers, seams, and several other items. Each day after they cleaned up the work site and organized materials, they consulted with us regarding the schedule and plan of the following day. 

The oversight provided by you and your foreman was done in a collaborative and respectful manner, ensuring that everyone's best interest was considered and that the project was completed in a safe, productive, and quality manner.
